When I test a new shop I usually start with one or two items instead of a huge order. I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. Very thin fabric may be fine for summer but often looks cheap and becomes see through.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

Sharing real world usage stories is often more helpful than any advertisement. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. Good stitching usually means the item will not fall apart after one or two washes. I do not trust only the star rating, I like to see detailed photos and longer comments. If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support. A product that still looks good after a few months is more impressive than something only good on arrival. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying. Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always.
Just sharing my personal feedback.
